It was ok all gonna say. Our door could only be opened by a master key. So every time we wanting in out room we had to walk down stairs because elevators didn’t work to get a key to open door. But room was nice and clean. But with a bad knee I’m not gonna stay there again.

Soon as he walked in the front door, all you could smell was a wet, musty smell. Elevators didn’t work going up the stairwells you see mold in the stairwells got to the room room smelled musty moldy couldn’t get in the room had to get switched rooms. While this hotel has great breakfast, there were so many problems. -Elevator was broken all 4 days. -Ice machine broken except on top floor ( but no elevator) all 4 days -Guest laundry on 1st floor broken dryer. -All bathroom fans turned off at property (if you hand wash clothes they never dry), -Housekeeping service never offered or explained if it is limited. This is a one-star hotel.

Hotel was in shambles. Elevator did not work and the lobby and hallways looked like a stampede of cattle went through. Holes in the walls, every ceiling tile was stained, the side door glass was shattered, and the dining area was not cleaned after breakfast. Our room keys also stopped working several times during our stay and the place kind of smelled. The older guy and the blonde girl at the front were very polite and seemed to be trying their best with the situation though. So it was pretty cheap, but I definitely got what I paid for (probably less).

The elevators were out-of-service. The indoor pool was closed. There looked to be dried blood on the walls and ceiling of the stairwell. The side entrance was not locked and opened freely without a key card, cracks and plaster was missing from the wall in both the room and bathroom, the room phone did not work, an outlet on the desk between the beds did not work. Did not feel safe.

The elevator was out of order. The stairwell did not feel safe - the outside door was constantly propped open by someone although you were supposed to use your room key to enter - every time we closed it someone would have it propped back opens The pool was closed. Our bathroom door would not close. The shower would not drain properly. We tried to address these with the front desk and were told a manager wasn’t there to talk to us. I’m not one to typically complain but this hotel was unacceptable.

The listing on Expedia was wrong. We were charged for a king bed and the hotel didn’t even have that in the whole hotel. Jacuzzi was broken and so was the elevator. The hotel was not very well taken care of.

Our room didn't work with their keying system so anytime we needed to enter our room, a staff member had to come and let us in with a physical key. The towels all had brown spots on them. When we arrived the tub had 6" of standing water in it from a leaky faucet so showering was out of the question. Breakfast was fabulous, staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't another room to move to.

Terrible housekeeping service. We were there for three days but we never got fresh bed sheets. At one point, I passed by the front desk and asked for housekeeping service, unfortunately, whoever made the beds used the same sheets that we had used the previous two nights. When it comes to staff, I think they only have one person covering the front desk and preparing breakfast, quite an inconvenience. I went to the desk to talk to him, but I saw he was busy getting breakfast together that I had to go back to the room without talking to him after standing at the desk for a while.
