Great house and host!

We came to Indianapolis for the weekend and the house was a perfect place to stay! So clean and homey. Would absolutely rebook at this house if I was in the area again. Even my husband said how nice it was and he doesn’t usually care where we stay lol.

Property is absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean! Tastefully decorated, yet homey. Home is roomy with different areas to relax, multiples tvs. Backyard is private and beautifully landscaped with Koi pond, plenty of seating. Loved spending time outside! Beds are super comfortable, great shower, kitchen has tons of glassware, so nice! Meijer grocery nearby. Kim was the perfect host! She was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean. The linens were all in great condition and very plush. I think that element of rental stays is often overlooked. The location was great.

Delightful visit

We were in Indy for the Swimming Olympic Trials and had the most wonderful experience. The house is perfect with the most relaxing outdoor space and everything we needed. Cute local restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely visit again!

Loved this cozy yet very spacious home! Super clean and loved the interior design and updated bathroom- too cute! Plenty of space for 6 people. The pond/waterfall was so tranquil. We would stay here again and again.

The host was very easy to communicate with & our group of 6 had no issues with our 1 night stay at all. Beds & pillows were all comfy, house was clean, the fixtures & upgrades are just great.

Felt like home

Perfect for a girlfriend getaway spot with friends from Chicago and Cincinnati. We all loved the decor, ambiance and were ready to move in! Everything needed is there and the beds were super comfy!! Just a few miles from the restaurants and shops and places to walk on a paved trail (Monon) or hiking in nearby parks. (Also a Target is nearby.) Ready to book another visit with my sisters in the fall and hope to enjoy the beautiful backyard!

Indy Stay

WE enjoyed our stay at this Indy location. The property was very clean and the photos are accurate. The backyard is charming and we enjoyed some afternoons sitting by the pond and waterfall. The bathroom on the main floor has been renovated and is wonderful with many thoughtful touches. Kitchen is newer as well and is very well stocked. The home's location on a busy street was not an issue as the windows are newer and we heard no street noise inside. It is a "right in and right out" location though as it is difficult to turn left out of the driveway. All in all, it is a great property.

Pleasant visit.

Overall nice place and location was ideal for us, as it was near family. Recommend the place to my niece for her family to stay at. Clean and spacious living and sleeping areas. That said, for a 5 star rating here are my suggestions. Second full bathroom would be a nice addition for a larger group, but we knew that going in, so not an issue. . With the sliding barn door for a bathroom, I would suggest a occupancy sign. Remove the cat litter box since there are no pets allowed. Our party included people with cat allergies. Property manager to properly secure the TV in the basement..no harm to use, so not an issue. Kitchen was too notch. Backyard was delightful. Sleeping areas comfortable and clean. All in all pleasant experience. Thank you
