VERY clean and well equipped property!

This place was immaculate and exactly as pictured in the photos. Host included nice touches like a free bottle of wine, a tub of popcorn, cookies, and a brand new box of Kleenex on the kitchen counter when we checked in. Great backyard and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again! Highly recommended!

Great communication, easy stay

House had what we needed and more for two night stay. In town for lacrosse tourney. So nice girls could go in spa after log day of games! Great communication from owner.

Great getsway

This place was perfect for a family getaway! Definitely stay there again! Host was so responsive. The place was great. I think the only thing was that there were no coffee pods or creamer which was thee only thing I asked about.

Came out to the desert along with some family to enjoy a few days of good weather, swimming, and some shopping. It was a late booking, so many homes were already booked. This one had good reviews and pics looked nice. The host, Michael, was great! Very attentive via VRBO messenger and handled all of our requests immediately. Unfortunately, we did have to text him a lot because the system that controls the pool and spa was not working. So he had to do everything remotely. And when the jets would turn off or we wanted to adjust the temp, we had to text. Again, he handled everything right away, but would have been nice to have control over the spa. House waa avg. Definitely needs some remodeling. It was clean overall, but we found a few minor things, like some of the "clean" dishes and pans were not "clean". And we found some blood on the wall of the master bath. Again, simple little things that didnt require the hosts attn, but would have been nice to not have to handle those things ourselves. All in all, a good home in a housing tract on the east side of everything. But short drive into fun things to do. Good price for what you get.

Wonderful Property

My family and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool/hot tub in the spacious backyard under the warm desert sun. Our dog loved to explore the fenced in property as well. The house was perfect for us with comfortable beds, all the required cooking utensils, and even a great gaming loft for our kid-o when he needed a break from swimming. Communication with the host was exceptional! The host was even able to accommodate a late change in our travel plans and extend our stay an extra day. We definitely will stay here again and recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the Coachella Valley.

Birthday Wishes Met

My daughter was torn between having her 7th birthday with a Disneyland trip or a staycation at A House With A Pool. All her birthday wishes were beyond met with this beautiful perfectly sized home for our family of (5). My kiddos woke up jumping in the pool and ended their day with the pool. All the in between parts of their day were joyful visits in the game room and watching a movie with the high speed smart tvs. Our stay was perfect, relaxing, and every parents fave….EASY!!!! Thank you Michael for EVERY THING.

Relaxing Stay!

Had a great stay over Memorial Weekend, brought my family and pets with me and everyone had a relaxing time. Property is just like the pictures, well stocked with toiletries, and the kitchen has most of you need to cook. The best part is the pool. Will def stay here again!

Great house and awesome host!

We stood at this house in June 2023 for my son’s basketball tournament. The house is beautiful and it met all our needs. The host was great! We have booked to come back in July.

Lacrosse Tournament Weekend

The host was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We made a daily commute to the Coachella grounds for a lacrosse tournament. It was about a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic. Easy commute. We look forward to potentially staying there again!

Pleasant and relaxing

We had a great experience. The kids had a wonderful time, especially in the upstairs game room. Everything was brand new and clean. The beds were very firm, and everything was beautifully decorated. The host was very, very quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns. He is SO nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place and Terrific Owner

We enjoyed four nights here in March 2023. The property is newly renovated and is a terrific stepping off point for Palm Springs-area activities with east access to the highway. The backyard was very relaxing and we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and on the loungers after a day of hiking. The owner (Michael) is very responsive. We didn’t have any issues with our rental.

It’s a peach

We enjoy staying in locations away from the busy resorts, hotels and traffic. This was the perfect location from access off the interstate, to the golf courses and shopping amenities. And the house setup was perfect setup for our crew. We used the kitchen and outdoor grill which we normally do not when we travel, so having it was a treat. We’ll be back!

Amazing Experience

I had one of the best experiences with this house from dealing with the property owner to the house. Michael, is such a nice man and accommodated everything to my best interest. The house was SUPER clean and I have never seen a clean pool like this one. The size of the backyard is perfect and I enjoyed every minute of it with my family. I 1000% will be back here and I recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and enjoy their time!!!! LOVED THIS PROPERTY AND THE MANAGEMENT. kind and thoughtful which you don’t really receive nowadays.

Fantastic Backyard

The backyard is the real feature of this rental. It is a south-facing backyard, which means a lot of sun. It is roomy & nicely set up. The Bermuda Dunes neighbourhood is lovely & the drive to other areas of the desert was easy. Liaising with the host, Michael, was a seamless process. He was exceptionally responsive. The property could be improved by addressing the things that are in disrepair & by hiring a different cleaning company. In the master bedroom there is a loose hinge preventing proper closure of the door. In the master bedroom closet the floor transition molding is loose causing us to trip. Both toilet seats need to be replaced as they slide due to broken hinges. The fabric on some of the outdoor dining chairs is ripped. Access to the backyard is via two sliding glass doors, both of which need to be repaired. They are both stiff & difficult to open & the one in the master bedroom was installed incorrectly. The area that the cleaners have neglected is the kitchen. The Lazy Susans holding the pots & pans are filthy and some of the cupboards have stains running down them. The kitchen could be better stocked. There are enough pots & pans, but there is a single mixing bowl and it was unusable as it had a crack all the way through it. As ours was a long stay, we cooked most of our meals and found ourselves needing basic tools, e.g. a whisk. The house was, however, well stocked with paper products in the bathrooms & kitchen and we appreciated that.
