We had 3 families all stay together here over a holiday weekend for an event at the empire polo fields. Everything was extremely clean! Even the outdoor space was spotless. This was the perfect place for 3 families. Host made everything easy and had excellent communication. We loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and arcade for the kids. Kitchen had the necessities and shopping is close by for anything we forgot. Nice to have to many pool towels as well. We enjoyed our and stay and will definitely be back!

If we can give 0 stars we would! It was the dirtiest most filthiest and unsanitary house and experience we’ve ever had! We walked in to animal pee stains all over the couches and floors, long strand of hair in the bedsheets, ants in the rooms and restoom, trash left in between the couches and garage, the rack that the curtains were hanging from were completely broken with one side hanging… the list goes on and on! Host was no help at and overall just horrible service! We’ve been to Terra Lago multiple times but never ever have we had an experience like this.
