Summary:
Welcome to your own Private Resort Oasis. Designer Desert Pool home, with a fun huge game room. Packed full of character with brand new comfortable beds. Primary Bedroom with ensuite bathroom offers a Huge King Bed and Big Smart TV. 2nd Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen Bed. 3rd Bedroom has new cozy twin beds with a Big Smart TV.

The Space:
Endless entertainment options await within this exquisite residence. Immerse yourself in the world of entertainment with two generously-sized 65" Smart TVs gracing both the living room and the game room. The game room is a haven for leisure, featuring a pool table, Ms. Pacman arcade game, and a Star Wars Pinball machine, promising hours of delightful amusement.


For the culinary enthusiasts, the fully-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, offering a Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, a complete set of flatware, dishes, drinking glasses, and wine glasses, making home-cooked meals a breeze.

Step outside into the resort-style double lot backyard, where a private pool and spa await your pleasure. This outdoor haven also includes a Weber gas BBQ, a sheltered patio area, and a lush grassy expanse for your relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic WiFi, boasting speeds of up to 500mbps, and Smart TVs equipped to stream DirecTV with access to all live channels, along with popular streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and your favorite smart channels.
In the warm summer months stay cool with our central air conditioning system. If the winter nights chill down a bit feel cozy with our central heat as well.

If your visit is tied to an event at the Polo Grounds, you'll find yourself conveniently close to Coachella, Stagecoach, and other vibrant festivals. The Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, as well as an array of restaurants and shops, are also within easy reach. The garage parking provides an added layer of privacy, and for those with little ones in tow, we offer a high chair and a pack and play for your convenience. Furthermore, a portable and comfortable additional queen bed is at your disposal, whether you wish to add it to the primary bedroom or the living area.

Pool heating is available for a utility charge of $75 per day, with a minimum booking requirement of two days, while spa heating comes included at no additional cost. Craft unforgettable stay-cation memories in an atmosphere of style and comfort.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and outdoor open fires are prohibited by the city.
Guests do not have access to the outdoor gas firepit.

Stayed here for the National Sunshine Series. Very clean and quiet. Easy commute from the horse park. The game room is super fun and the house had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and the overall experience was super easy.

The house was very clean and beautiful! My friends and I where there for a relaxing weekend and we loved it. Not even the hurricane took away the amazing time we had! We had a wonderful time at this home for a friends trip. First off, I had to make some reservation changes before we got their and the host Mario was super helpful and flexible. As far as the home itself, the location is great, easy to get anywhere. The home itself was perfect and exactly like described. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. There was even a Brita filter in the fridge! The patio/pool/spa is fabulous, we spent most of our time there. The grill and firepit/patio area made for a really nice dinner in. The beds/pillows/ linens were very comfortable. There's a fun game room as well. The only tiny bit of feedback I would note is the bathroom towels are on the small side and somewhat limited but it was easy for us to do a load of laundry to wash once during the trip. Beach towels were available as well. I would happily return here anytime!

We stayed here while my daughter attended a cheer competition. We had a great time and the host was wonderful, however not being from the area I’m not sure how safe the neighborhood is. I didn’t feel safe letting my 8 yr old walk to the park alone down the street. The house has so many amenities and it is clean, but it could use a good deep clean. At the price point we booked this house at I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We were in town for a sporting event at Empire Polo Club, and this rental is a great, close by option. The house is very clean, comfortable and has lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you to Mario for the lovely stay in Indio - great little house with beautiful/hot tub; lanai for morning coffee and pool/HT for evening relaxation. Pool table was a hit for family competition each evening. Close to shops as well as hikes in La Quinta and Indio.

This house was a gem! We really enjoyed all it had to offer. From location, bedrooms, kitchen, game room and most importantly back yard. Mario was great, communication was very easy and convenient. We were mindful of the music volume but still enjoyed playing our music and having a great time. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, and will make sure to rebook here.

We had a really good time in this home. Good rental property for a mini trip away from Home. The house was spacious n very clean. Our favorite part was the game room and pool! The only thing we weren't expecting was to get informed after we booked the property that we couldn't have a speaker outside. We really enjoy listening to good music while we hang out outside. I think it's important that this rule is referenced on the property link . Besides that, my family and I enjoyed the 2 day stay.

The location is a little out of the way, but it’s what we were looking for, a peaceful place to go and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and unassuming. The house was lovely & clean. I was with my teenage daughters. They enjoyed the video games in the game room, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. And, they loved the fact that there was WiFi. Everything that we needed was there. I would definitely stay again.

Really comfortable property with lots of thoughtful touches (such as little trays and chargers on the nightstands) that had everything we need. It was worth it to have the pool heated quite warmly, as the weather was rather cool during our stay. Living areas and outdoors provided so much space for our group to gather. The kitchen was well stocked in general, and a nice washer, dryer, and garage space was extra great for us. Patio and firepit are a delight! Bring some lawn games as there is a big grassy area to enjoy but no croquet/bocce/badminton etc. at the property. There are just a few boardgames, but the pinball and pool table and Ms. Pac Man provided hours of entertainment for our tweens. A nice park with playground and basketball courts (bring your ball) is a short walk away, too, and the home is central to lots of nearby shopping and activities. We were very happy and would stay again!
