Great Outdoor Space!!

We loved the outdoor space at this house. The pool is nice and cold, plenty of lawn chairs, and lawn games as well! Outdoor seating and a really nice grill. TVs in every room was really nice. The beds were comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen to eat meals at the house. Located very close to a Starbucks

"SoCal Private Pool Bungalow: A Dream Getaway in Ideal Location!" Dream Getaway in Ideal Location

Absolutely fantastic stay at this SoCal Private Pool Bungalow! The location was ideal, just a short drive from the softball fields our daughters played at. We were also there to watch a college softball tournament in Cathedral City, and the venue was a short 17 minutes from this beautiful home. The bungalow itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing by the pool in after a long day of games. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area!

I’d say the only issue was with heating the jacuzzi and trying to pay for it. It should be advertised that there’s an additional charge after booking to heat the jacuzzi so the pool is not heated as described in the listing. The house is set up great! They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure all rooms are well equipped. If you run cold bring a heater. My mom was cold, (I was hot) and you can’t change the thermostat, (set at 74 I believe). Other than the heating of the jacuzzi all was very smooth and Jake was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We will be back!

Not freshly clean, not as pictured. Had an unpleasant smell of vape or cigarette smoke? I guess that’s why they had air fresheners right when you walked in the door. Left after 1 night when we were scheduled to stay 4. Awful experience.

Worst sray ever in my life

At the arrival, the pool guy was there. Pool towel, pool toys, and some trash were around the house. You think you will get what yiu see in the pictures, but yiu are wrong. The bargula was broken abd dirty. You will see some roaches in the house. They are friendly dont worry. The swimming pool was so dirty. It was all green. So becarefull guys. Dont fall for it.
