PARKING:
You will have 4 car parking available. Parking is available 2 inside garage and 2 on drive way. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING. Violators will be fined and/or towed. Trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the community - please make arrangements with storage facility for parking during your stay.
UPKEEP
During your stay we might have some home upkeeps for you and our upcoming guests to always be able to provide a five star luxury experience.
Pool service is on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Gardener service is on Fridays.
Trash service is Tuesday mornings. (roll out service)
These services are to ensure a higher quality vacation for you or upcoming guest.

Bedroom #1: Upstairs the primary suite has a king bed, day bed & smart TV. ( mini crib located in the master closet & a pack and play )
Bedroom #2: The second bedroom also located upstairs, offers a king bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #3: The third bedroom also located upstairs offers, 2 Queen beds and smart TV.
Bedroom #4: The fourth bedroom is located downstairs, offers a king bed and smart TV.
Bathroom #1: Located upstairs the en-suite master bath has both bath tub and a shower with dual vanity.
Bathroom #2: Located upstairs in the hall way, offers a bath tub shower and a dual vanity.
Bathroom #3: Located downstairs in the hall way, offers a bath tub shower and a single vanity.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The highlight of this stunning compound is the luxury backyard paradise with beautiful landscape lighting. Take a dip in the heated pool and spa, or soak up the sun on our beautiful loungers. Host a cookout on the patio, complete with a gas grill, six-seat outdoor table, and additional outdoor seating.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
The family dogs are welcome with a fee ($150) paid upon booking. There is a 2 max dog per stay. Extra pet fee will be charged additional pet fee $100 per pet management will need to ok more then 2 pets.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, two car garage parking and driveway parking available for two cars, total four cars allowed. If more parking is needed request must be made 10 days prior to check in. NO OVER NIGHT STREET PARKING AVAILABLE.
This property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
During your summer months your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees.
During the winter months if you would like the pool to be heated, you may request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night. *** Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time.*** The pool will not be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa, recommend temperature is between 100-102.
Extended Stay Policy:
Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000. A utility allowance of $350 is provided; any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and corresponding bills will be provided for verification. Additionally, cleaning services will be scheduled every 15 days during your extended stay. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Access to your professionally cleaned, sanitized home is convenient. Terra Lago Palm Paradise has on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, and exterior motion sensors or cameras.

Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience's arising from any temporary interruptions or storage in supply of water, gas or plumbing NOT Caused by Property Owner ( no refund will be given if this accrues as it is out of our hands ), NOR will we accept any liability for losses or damages caused by weather conditions, natural disaster or other incidents beyond our control. Sometimes amenities can be harmful if not is used with caution such as surrounding pool areas can be slippery when wet. Tenant accepts and assume all risks involved in or related but not limited to use the patio, inside or outside the property. Please notify Desert Escape Indio Management if something is to happen right away. ***

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the owner's closet.
The Neighborhood:
You will enjoy the beautiful, gated community of Terra Lago. Enjoy the quite community with a beautiful lake to walk around. Kids will enjoy the park located inside the community.
Getting Around:
We have parking for 4 cars available, 2 inside garage & 2 in the driveway. If more parking is needed, please let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate. No overnight street parking per HOA rules.
Uber, Lift & Limos are allowed inside for pick up and drop off.
Other Things to Note:
There are HOA restrictions and no over night street parking. Please be prepared to give names of all adults over the age of 18 during festivals as they will need to be added to the security gate.
