“Wonderful property, super kind, helpful, and competent staff. I had some issues with professionalism and keeping up to the Indian standard of hospitality at another hotel in this city and I’m happy to say this hotel keeps up with the bigger cities. It’s a veg hotel and a nice surprise was really good coffee at the cafe with a real espresso machine. The breakfast buffet was also good, even though there are no eggs. The pool is quiet and peaceful. It is close to Pheonix mall. Bring cash as I……

“酒店房间宽敞舒适，在印多尔市区是性价比很高，适合商务出差的酒店。早餐和正餐也不错。”

“Business trip. Check in process is good. Staff is nice”

“Loved the experience”

“Very nice and clean hotel with good service. The staff are really friendly and always enthusiastically assist to resolve clients' inquiries as well. Food and drink here are also worth to have.”

“Good location, breakfast was good but too small . The facility was a bit old but good enough for business . The hotel security had nice inspectation every time. But the rate is much better than Blu. Very easy to check out when use Expedia booking. ”

“Pro: Outstanding value, large and clean rooms, central location, proximity to airport, reasonably priced restaurant; Con: few western choices in breakfast, worn out fixtures in bathroom, difficult to walk in neighborhood (or just to cross the road). Hotel staff could have offered to top-up mobile phone accounts for customers.”

“Upholstery could be a little cleaner”

“Dining, property, neatness, maintenance, staff and all amenities are very good. ”

“All the pictures and advertised amenities looked great and I needed a stay where I can get dinner without going too far . A big mistake . I was supposed to get dinner included with stay , which the manager refused . They closed dinner and I went to bed without food after a long pilgrimage whole day . They advertised but refused airport shuttle . They are very far from airport and I still chose them because they had a free shuttle! I showed them Expedia reservations and and they asked me to……

“Extremely horrible, dirty and no customer service from Hotel staff or Expedia. Booked for 2 nights - stayed only 1 and then ran for a different hotel. ”

“Worst parking issues, room and breakfast is okay okay, floors are confusing. During night times, nobody to help.”

“the stay was great, but the facilities like pool, gym etc are not yet opened even though it was advertised. We just went for bread and omelet in the morning but were charged full buffet. The staff couldn't communicate in English properly. Otherwise stay was fine for the price we pay. I would say it will be ready in few weeks if not months.”

“Rooms were neat and clean, staff was polite and helpful, hotel is located on main road and on 10 min away from Indore Junction, easy for travel and easy to locate.”
