「There was a mix up with the booking as we were down as dog owners!! Then we had no towels in the room which we had to chase down so we could shower before the meal we had booked. When we got to the restaurant there was more confusion about the booking. However, the restaurant staff were great and even after an issue with our meal order it was quickly resolved. The food was excellent.」

「Staff a bit tricky re booking tables to eat. Reception didn’t say a thing but I felt like we got into trouble trying to get dinner. Just a heads up to anyone - book a table. Food and venue was beautiful all the same.」

「Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen.
The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.」
