"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room has a smell to it, but thank God we travel with Frebreeze and Lysol. There was excessive stumping and walking over our heads and finally, on the day of exit, one of the cleaning people tried to walk in our room at 9:00AM, Checkout is at 11:00AM, hello!!! ..."

Nice stay - need some customer service training.
"The hotel is nice, beds were comfortable and there's free valet service. The rooftop pool with a bar was a nice touch. Room service food was good, but was delivered in cardboard boxes. I did have a couple of minor issues and there was no way to contact the front desk even with the phone in the room. ..."

"Property very CLEAN! Room was beautiful and well maintained. Though ordered a room with two queen beds was given room with one King. Staff promptly accommodated room with a cot. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Very good overall stay. Within minutes of dining, shopping."
