「It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. 「Mis amigos y yo solo estuvimos un fin de semana en esta casa pero nos encantó, un sitio precioso y tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza pero a unos 30 minutos de Bilbao en coche. La casa está genial, además la terraza y la zona del jardín son bastante grandes. Muy recomendable, el trato con Juan Carlos estupendo, muy amable y atento siempre.」

「Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.」
