「This hotel was the most cost-effective for our trip to Juneau. Still, we didn't feel the accommodations reflected the high cost. +$200/night. Blackout curtains did not work. We stayed three nights. Asked for a fix the first morning, with no follow up. Toiletries weren't stocked, needed to ask for an extra towel because they supplied two and we were a party of 3, door was left ajar after cleaning (and thats because it doesn't close fully without a push), and bathtub was slow to drain.」

「Stayed at The Waterfront for a conference in June. The staff were LOVELY - very upbeat, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite pretty and the beds are comfortable. The floor of my room had some stray dirt and wrappers, likely just missed during house cleaning (everything else, including the sheets and bathroom, was very clean), which is what led to the 3/5 star cleanliness rating. Parking is super easy, it’s just out front. The hotel was undergoing some construction when I stayed there, but...

「There was a landslide on the only road into Skagway , it was blocked could not get in . Called the hotel after we finally found a number left a message with the owner, emailed the owner several times never got a phone call back never got a email back but got charged for our two nights, heard from several other people staying at other hotels in town all of them got calls from hotel staff informing them of the landslide and worked with them on thier reservations, I would highly recommend staying...
