「Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. 」

「Easy 1 dollar ride on Metro from airport, easy walk to hotel from Metro station, near center of town but tucked away on a quiet , neighborhood street with a huge farmers market a couple of blocks away.Breakfast buffet is timely served and immense and delicious. WONDERFUL experience altogether」

「Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden.」

「Smooth check-in, free bottled water, capsule coffee, tea and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Sound insulation is not good but acceptable.」

「We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
