「Everything was great but the fees at the end were a bit steep. For example re is a daily resort fee, would have been nice to just have that in the price.」

「Love this hotel! Back for second time and it hasn’t changed. Modern and clean rooms and beautiful view of the beach. Great pool and easy access to the beach. Convenient location for restaurants and shopping! All you want for a SoCal vaca!」

「I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. I paid for an ocean view in a 2 queen bed suite with a living room. I liked the room, but the sliding doors were very hard to move. Also, the view could’ve been better. We were on the 4th floor and the closest to the elevator. I paid extra for an ocean view and I wasn’t too happy with the view.」

「Amazing view and location to the beach and main street. Staff is nice. The room is very low quality. If your expectations are just a locking room, a raised platform to lay down and weak water pressure to rinse off. This is a great stay otherwise the room will leave you wanting more. Very dimly lit. They also had 2 lamps in the room and one didn't work. The light against the wall above the poster didn't work. The wall paper is peeling off the wall in places. The toilet took 20 minutes of running...

「I think this was our 4th time staying here when we visited the beach. It’s a 10 min drive to the pier, and has easy parking. Some rooms are better than others. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Walking distance to Walmart, in n out, weinerschnitzel and a few other good spots that are nice to have so close after a long day at the beach.」

「The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」

「The staff is amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast is ok. Our room was clean except for the mold in the shower. We cleaned most of the mold and cleaned the shower before we used it. This is an older hotel. So the rooms are not sound proof. The A/C worked great. NIce fridge and microwave.」

「The AC system is way too loud, which decreased the sleeping quality. The room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit outdated.」

「Hotel located next to the freeway, be prepare to be asked additional $20 for upgrade to get room on other side of the freeway. The side door out to the parking lot wasn’t closed completely, you have to pulled it close after every use. Breakfast is basic.」
