「We liked the clean room and the great view of the pier and the ocean. The staff was awesome and super helpful. Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel, and it provides beach amenities (surfboards and longboards, bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, games, and more). 「This is favorite place to stay in Newport. We have been staying at Newport inn for the last 6 years at least twice a year. Staff is awesome and helpfull. They have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. The walk to the beach takes roughly 3 min. There is also a playground in the back if you have children.
