What sets this apart from many rentals is that it is a beautiful, secluded mountain home built by my father, a Master Craftsman and woodworker. 12-acre property with/ 1.5 acres of lawns, gardens surrounding the house, and stunning mountain views. Year-round Jacuzzi, hardwood floors & custom woodwork throughout. Large Living room & Library with full wall granite fireplace, picture windows viewing Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, five HD flat-screen TVs, all Roku equipped, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, Charcoal grill (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails on our 16-acre family conservation easement are accessible directly from the property w/o driving. Home includes first-floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. Very family friendly; full-size crib, pack-n-play, high chairs, games & puzzles for all ages. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well maintained, and has a lot of charm. There are plenty of clean, comfortable bedrooms. The setting is very picturesque. The view of the mountain shown in the pictures is exactly what you get - including from the hot tub! Downtown North Conway is an easy five minute drive. Very convenient. Although this trip was with friends, I am already considering another trip with the family. Communication with Neill was easy and he was an excellent host. Thank you!

We were a large group and found the home very clean, comfortable and close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked for all your needs. Beds were comfortable and Neill and Amanda were just a quick phone call away for anything needed. We loved walking around the property and so enjoyed the beautiful views of the foliage and mountains. The location was perfect; the layout of the house let each group have privacy/quiet/recharge time while everyone else could congregate in another space. The house was well appointed and we LOVED having 2 coffee pots. Honestly, from now on I will expect that when we have more than 4 people sharing a home. Even having 2 almost complete kitchens allowed more than 2 people to share the food workload while still being near everyone. The younger people tried to get the in-house stereo system to work but were unable. That would have been nice, however our time was limited and I did not bring it up with the homeowners. Now that they know perhaps it's something that would be able to be fixed. Just a nice bonus for those musically inclined. I would have like to have seen a photo of the third bathroom. It is an en suite with the downstairs bedroom, but considerably smaller than the other two. Had I known I would have assigned rooms differently. Not a big deal and yes, I could have rearranged once we saw the rooms, but I prefer to walk in and know where everyone goes from the onset. It was a lovely stay. We have already recommended the house to two friends soon to be visiting from FL. Thank you so much, Neill!

Neil and Amanda were fantastic hosts. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing property. The house was perfect to relax, disconnect from the day-to-day, and reconnect to the people that matter. The house was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Excellent accomodations!

Large rambling thoughtfully laid out house that comfortably housed 3 families with 4 children under 4. Excellent location with privacy and views. Communication with host was great. Home came with many games, toys and TV's so you can while away any rainy days with rambunctious children and antsy adults in comfort and ease. Highly recommend!

Great in any season!

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at this property. Normally we visit North Conway at the end of June but we decided to take the kids for their first ski trip in February. This house is just as wonderful in the winter as it is in the summer (maybe more)! The kids had a great time snowshoeing around the property and ran into a few small groups of deer. The adults appreciated soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!!!!
