Narita Tobu Hotel Airport

8/10 Good

"Very close to Narita airport and the hotel provides free shuttle bus transportations from 5am through late at night, which is super convenient and the hotel is clean and staffs are very nice and helpful! Additionally, the 7-Eleven convince store and local drug store, Matsumoto-Kiyoshi are inside the hotel and very useful! We would definitely come back next time if we have another layover stays."

"The hotel is nice, but rooms are a bit outdated. It's located a close walk to Bayside Station and offers a complimentary bus to Bayside Station as well. If you arrive back to your room late, restaurants are closed and the convenience store may be closed as well. Small selection of food options in the convenience store. I loved that my son was provided with a little goody bag which included a pair of house slippers and a toothbrush. He also had his own pair of pajamas, which he loved. Good hotel for the price."

"Our family of 4 stayed here overnight before our flight and we were pleasantly surprised! The free airport transfer was excellent. We stayed in the Japanese style room and surprisingly the beds were pretty comfortable. The hotel is nice, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone. There’s a souvenir shop as well as a Lawson’s so you could stay on site. We ventured out to the aeronautical museum & Naritasan ometando (since we arrived before check in time) for a little tourism and more delicious food; both were a 15-20 minute taxi ride."

"It’s a little pricey for what the room itself offers, but since this is Disney, premium pricing is pretty much expected. The pool comes with an additional surcharge, which I didn’t notice when booking. That might explain why the outdoor pool was fairly quiet though — definitely a plus if you’re looking for some peaceful downtime. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and very helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. The buffet was decent but fairly average overall, nothing particularly memorable. The highlight for me was the kids’ station, which was well thought out and clearly a hit with children. As for location, it’s very convenient for traveling between the airport and Disney, making it a practical choice for families or anyone planning a Disney-focused stay."
