"Noted check in time is 15:00, however we arrived earlier around 13:00. Male staff at counter was not friendly even with a bit rude attitude turned us down for early check in stated that extra payment needed for 2hours then ask us to go. Luckily the lady working at next counter assisted us for luggage storage so that we could have a nice rest at lobby before we got the room"
