"Staff was amazing! Yuki made our experience fantastic with helping with our luggage and answering any questions we had. Front lobby area was nice, clean and very open. Our room itself was very spacious however beds were not comfortable and rooms were a bit outdated."

"Economical hotel that is geared to the traveler who is weary after flying into Narita. The hotel is on both train lines (JR is better because there is a bakery and a 711 on the short walk from the station to the hotel). It is for the traveler that wants something clean and convenient that doesn't care about a mark on the wall or carpet that has been replaced in squares; it is well maintained and used building. The internet is easy and free. The water is hot enough (if you want) to burn the airplane off of you with a tub you can sit in if you want a bath. This isn't some luxury resort, but if you have been some places I've been, it's great."
