“We stayed here for one night. Pre check-in information was excellent. We were directed to a car park just 5 mins walk to the accommodation. On arrival Francesco was super helpful telling us the top sites to visit and giving us restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, the best we’ve had so far on our trip. All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful cave. Highly recommended! Thank you both ”

“I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one. “Our host Daniela made us feel so welcome with an array of treats and food for us. you can tell they love this place and care about the guests. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, tourist walks and one of the main piazzi. The biggest challenge in Matera is parking but we were directed to a big public parking garage with a convenient shuttle which drops one off about a block from Geco Green.
