Great Family Weekend

The house was perfect for a family weekend to celebrate a graduation! Plenty of space and comfortable bedding! We were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area as well!

Beautiful inside and out

Our family gathered together with their families at this beautiful house in the woods of Iowa City. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, we were wonderfully surprised by the well stocked items in the kitchen and availability to use and enjoy everything that was inside for us use as well. Then outside.. ponds trees and to be able to walk about and enjoy all the surrounding areas! The host was very accommodating to us as well!

Fantastic Home for football weekend

This home was awesome. Better than the photos. Our group of ten were in for the Iowa football game and couldn’t have been more pleased. We felt like we were in a mountain ski lodge ( in Iowa!). Spacious. Huge kitchen. Gas grill. Decorated beautifully. This is the nicest VRBO home I have rented in 15 years. Our host even left us a homemade blueberry breakfast cake. I would highly recommend this home to any large group. Thank you Kate for a wonderful weekend.

Volleyball Trip to Iowa

We had a great stay, we came to Iowa to play in a High School preseason tournament. We were looking for a house that would fit the 12 players, coaches, and parent drivers. There was plenty of space. We also were looking for something that would allow the ladies to hang and connect as a group and leading into the season, and there was more than enough space in the house to allow them to have their time as a team. The house was well supplied, and we were able to make all our meals at the house and eat as a big group. The house was everything we were looking for, and we had an amazing time. Thank you so much!!
