room was not cleaned. The bed was left dirty from the previous occupant, a sanitary wrapper was on the bed, toilet was soiled, wet towels on the bed, dirty drinks cups. No room change could be offered, I requested refund which I was told needed to come from Expedia. I have now emailed Expedia 3 times ...
