“The staff were friendly. Room was clean, and delicious breakfast. We selected by mistake a room for handicapped and did not need a room with a roll away shower set up. .”

“Stayed 1 night whilst visiting a local theatre. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars and the theatres. Parking across the road is £9 a night. Modern, bright clean hotel, typical Hilton style. Room clean Good shower in bathroom with toiletries Large comfortable bed Good aircon We slept very well Would use again if in the area”

“It's the most underrated place you will think off I generally it's been 2 days but still missing the place so much 😭.the beautiful view ,the sunset and sunrise it's so iconic beautiful ❤️.you will see cows and sheep just remind me my hometown in hills it makes me so much feel home like ,well can't forget the rabbit he will come to surprise in the cottage area sneaky and cute .all things I see make me feel like people dream of a house in a quiet and peaceful area love it all . “This hotel bears no resemblance to the images. The restaurant is closed and the bar poorly stocked I was recommended to go out. The only food offering was Mini Cheddars. The room's TV did not work, and it was not clean. Part used complimentary shower gel was available however. The door handle to the room came off in my hand. Parking was complimentary but there were no signs to indicate this so I parted with £12 before finding out. Yes, this hotel is cheap, but unless you are desperate, I would……

“We will never stay onsite at Alton Towers again if this property is available! Closer to the park entrance than hotels, no need to battle the monorail crowds. Georgina the owner was extremely friendly & her communication for check in was excellent. The home itself was newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Perfectly clean with all the amenities provided for a short stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be booking again if lucky to find it available.”

“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Its perfect if you are working away etc. Spacious accommodation with a nice shower and you can park right outside your chalet. I had a great night's sleep. No complaints”
