「Beach cottage perfect for our needs. Great location, convenient to going everywhere including walking to the beach! Super easy check-in! Great rental.」

「We had such a great time at Blue Chill Cottage! The location was awesome—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it super easy with the kids. We really enjoyed having dinner out on the deck, and one night we even got to watch fireworks from there, which was such a fun surprise. The place was the perfect size for our family of four, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were also really quick to respond anytime we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!」

「My parents had an excellent time at this clean, well-equipped little place with stunning coastal views (especially from the upstairs balcony). Owners were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. Location is excellent. Our only complaint was that the description should really mention the low ceilings in the bedroom, which posed a little bit of a mobility challenge for older folks (and for context, my mother is only 5’2” and still struggled a little getting in and out of bed without bumping her...

「We had a great time at Moot Point. My goal was to get my daughters to catch some stripers and for my wife to read as many books as possible, both were accomplished. Fishing was slow but steady and the girls had a blast. Kayak access is easy just have to be 3-4 hours of the high tide. Denise was a fantastic host. We had a hot week and the back deck gets ALOT of sun. My only ridiculous complaint is we needed more forks and pot to steam lobster would have been good. Amazing sunsets and pleasant...

「When we arrived we were immediately struck by how spotlessly clean the whole cabin was. And there were very thoughtful welcome packs too. The cabin has quaint cottage touches and the surround sounds from the woods were lovely. Very relaxing and comfortable environment. Full-sized washer and dryer came in handy. Don’t miss America’s Stonehenge just up the road. Would happily stay here again.」

The cottage is rustically charming and has simple but adequate amenities to meet all your needs. The property is just outside of Rockport center but feels a bit more remote though close to all this beautiful town has to offer. This was just the vacation we were hoping for.」

「The cottage was well-appointed, very clean, quietly situated, and had what can only be described as a million-dollar view of the twin lighthouses on Thatcher Island. Check in and out were super easy and our host was dedicated to ensuring our stay was perfect. Do recommend to anyone wanting the quintessential Cape Ann experience.」
