"Musty smell throughout the property and our room. Felt unsaved based on the people around the hotel. Felt like a real low budget hotel. "

"Horrible experience. We checked in shortly after 8 pm. Room 320. Shortly after getting to the room, loud yelling was next door. It went on for over an hour. Profanity and extremely loud. Stopped about 10 pm, but started again at 11:30 and ladyed over 2 hrs. This was adjacent room with a shated internal room. I headed to the front desk to report (couldnt get an answer to phone to desk). A staff member wasbin the hall and simply told me "we are aware". The noise continued until 4am. Literally no sleep. We showered in the morning and there was no blow drier in the room. Called the fr9nt desk and got an answer this time. Was told that there should have been a blow drier in the room, but they would have one brought to us. After waiting for nearly a half an hour, my wife went to the desk to inquire when one might arrive. The clerk told her they gad searched the desk area and there wasnt one there. He said he went to a room, however and took a photo of how there should have been one on the wall and showed it to her. My wife assured him that one was NOT on our room wall. Clerk said he would then check "the managers area" and see if he could get one. He returned to tell her that he could not find one and would not be able to get my wife a dryer, but her "hair looked fine.""

"Rooms especially bathrooms really run down. Shower was peeling, carpet is dirty and beds and Pillows are lumpy . Staff was very helpful and friendly will not stay again . "

"Breakfast too expensive. Buffet was just a regular free breakfast at most hotels. If you have a players card you could probably use it and eat for free. But if you’re just going to spend the weekend why would you get a card "

"The property offers a satisfactory baseline aligned with contemporary mid-range hospitality standards; however, several areas require optimization to meet current guest expectations. The breakfast offering requires enhancement, particularly through the inclusion of a broader selection of halal-certified items. Expanding both variety and nutritional balance would significantly improve the overall guest experience. Parking facilities were adequate in terms of capacity and accessibility; however, the addition of shaded or covered parking infrastructure would provide better vehicle protection and elevate the service standard. Guest rooms were well-maintained, demonstrating acceptable cleanliness and housekeeping quality. Staff interactions were professional and courteous, reflecting positively on service delivery. That said, the washroom facilities fall below modern comfort benchmarks. Upgrades are recommended, including the provision of essential personal care amenities such as shaving kits and improved fixture ergonomics. From a pricing perspective, the current rate of approximately USD 140 for a Queen Room appears misaligned with the existing amenity level and service scope. A more competitive and market-aligned pricing range would be closer to USD 70, unless further upgrades are implemented. "
