「It’s an old building which is gorgeous. The location is perfect for walking and/or grabbing the subway. They have a $150 per day hold on your card. They have a “destination” charge of $45.00 plus taxes per day. It’s explained as a food/beverage credit. That ended up costing me an additional 170 dollars on property. Also, they charge 9.00 for a glass of unsweet tea.! If you don’t use it, you are still charged. It only had one working elevator. It was small and it took a long time to...
