Pool was out of order -- did not look like it would be repaired soon. Was not communicated with booking. Hallways had odor. Carpet was dirty and stained. Bathrooms did not include shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Pillows for a kind bed were small. Bed was uncomfortable. Fireplace in the room did not seem to be working. Screens on outside of windows were damaged. Did not feel comfortable staying there. Left after an hour. So far have been unable to get a refund from the property. Would not recommend.

Pool needs attention (cleaned) No shampoo in shower. No phone charger in room Some of the lights didn't work. Access to the property is not real convenient. Drinking party in the lobby when we got back around 9pm. Desk help carrying on a conversation in the lobby on speaker phone while sitting in the lobby. Probably will not be my first choice to stay at anytime soon!
