「Apartment was lovely, but outside on the streets around the hotel we found the area untidy and dirty with rubbish」

「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

「We were expecting a double room with a kitchenette but got an apartment with 2 double rooms with a full kitchen, a welcome surprise. The whole place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Both pools were lovely although being November I didn’t brave the roof top one. The little gym had enough equipment to do a basic workout although it was dated and probably didn’t get used a lot. The staff lovely, friendly and very helpful. Location near to bars, restaurants, 10 min walk to bus...

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...
