"The breakfast was delicious. The room was dated, the furniture and carpet stained and it had a musky smell. We attended a wedding at the hotel and that was fabulous, but it seems that they only care about the wedding business and not about their hotel rooms."

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."

"Polite staff and clean room. The toilet and the bath/shower were in separate rooms. Overall very nice place to stay."

"Good hotel"

"Very Nice Clean Room and Outstanding Customer Service. Love staying, peaceful and quite!"

"Relax time so good!"

"Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge. "

"Great place to stay on a budget!"

"Little bit on the basic side. But for that money it was great. Next to the hotel a great beef restaurant."

"Nice little last minute place to stay. "

"Good location and clean. "

"👍 Parking lot in front of hotel room"

"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"Clean room. Nice breakfast."

"Great location, easy to get around the city from there. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful and very friendly."

"Very nice would stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel and onsen, loved our stay"
