"We stayed at the Insula for just a night. They allowed us to stay and use the pool and facilities at the boutique hotel the next day and looked after our luggage whilst we enjoyed ourselves. "Absolutely fantastic apartment and Francesco was amazing. The nicest, most helpful man. He even carried our very heavy suitcase to the apartment. I definitely recommend this place.
The apartment has everything you need for a stay and is very well situated in Naples.
Few tips; there are stairs to the apartment. This isn’t for you if you have mobility issues. And car parking in Naples is horrendous. We parked at the port which is €35 for 24 hours. We paid €30 overnight. This is quite cheap and close to the apartment."

"This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!"
