“Breakfast was great, staff was night, property was in a good location. The elevator was broken when we arrived and we had to walk up and down four flights of stairs for almost the entire stay. The elevator for fixed the day we were leaving. I didn’t ask to be moved to a lower floor because we had specifically wanted a room that had a water view however I picked the property also based on it having an elevator due to having a handicap with both of my legs. Had I known ahead of time about the……

“I tried to give 5 stars for everything but it does not show on my phone. The hotel is really nice, staff is extremely helpful and we loved the pools and spa! Our trip to Ischia was better because of the service we had at the hotel. Special call out to Antonio and Angelo! We enjoyed getting to know them. The food at the restaurant was very good and nice that breakfast was included. They have a shuttle service which is helpful to get to the buses. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“We stayed at Delfini hotel for 2 nights in October. The location is close to port with 15-20 min walk to restaurants. Hotel itself is beautiful with breathtaking view of the sea. However, the rooms were small and humid, some had air conditioning and some did not. Upon arrival we were given a room in lower level which was very smelly, when asked they changed it to sea view hotel which was larger and a better option. Breakfast was descent and staff were polite and friendly.”

“The property is in a beautiful, but somewhat remote, and so not near any cafes or restaurants, beaches etc. We had a car and the hotel does offer a free regular shuttle but you cant really walk to places. The property is very well maintained with a lovely pool and patio sitting area overlooking the sea. Spa amenities were average and a little dated. The food options were very limited, with one a-la -carte restaurant with limited hours (we didn't go to it) , and a pretty extensive daily buffet.……
