"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "Connected to everywhere I need to go via underground walkway. Great when the weather is not nice outside and also save a lot of transportation cost. The rooftop barbeque was great. It was a lot of fun. I have a room facing the TV towel and Odori Park wonderful view."

Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient. I also enjoyed their public bath - surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded whenever I came in on evenings after dinner."

"Tokyu Stay in Sapporo was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with great amenities including a washer and dryer and cooking facilities in the room itself. The staff we very accommodating and generous with their time and hospitality. The went above and beyond to help. The hotel provides free coffee, a generous breakfast along with free icecream (when we stayed there). I do not have anything negative to say...I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers."

"Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!"
