"The staff were helpful, and the lobby convenience store was handy. The room had beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, great water pressure, and a comfortable bed. The housekeeper staff cleaned the room well.
However, the bedroom carpet was quite dirty, the room's bathroom had a musty smell, and the public washroom in the lobby was incredibly smelly and dirty. Poor soundproofing also meant I could easily hear neighbors, and late-night construction outside made piercing noises that made it hard to sleep.
Note for travelers: The hotel is a bit far from Sapporo JR Station. Be prepared for a walk, or else consider taking a taxi."
