「I feel the bedding blankets are not really clean. I feel uncomfortable with both the pillow and the bed sheets. The refa shower head is great and the hair dryer is good as well. In the mid night, I asked if the staff can get me some ice as I feel that I am having fever. They cannot understand English at all and finally I gave up.」

「Overall is very good, just no hotel carpark」

「Clean, elegant and helpful staff perfectly proficient in English. Room airconditioning may not be cool enough but they do offer to put additional coolers in the room on request.」

「Clean, and quiet , 10 mins walk from Sapporo JR station」

「Nice」

「Very close to Sapporo Station!」
