"We thought the shuttle to and from airport was included. They wanted to charge $150 for 4 people. Also thought breakfast was included but it said for a "fee" and we thought it said "free". Otherwise hotel was very clean, in the middle of city and staff was very nice."

"I enjoyed the shared spaces like the game room and terrace. I enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare food as dining out every night gets old. Great location for navigating key sites and attractions throughout the city. Had a blast staying here, would recommend it to anyone."

"I had an excellent stay at Zocalo Central. As soon as we arrived Antonio was welcoming and efficient. The room felt clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the shower pressure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to nearest landmark. At check-out Christian was attentive and efficient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for value and modern hotel that delivers consistently."

"Breakfast buffet was great. We found a kotex wrappers under our bed and a open pad stuck to the comforter. Thankfully it appeared to be unused but still gross. There are no hot tubs. There are 3 jetted areas of the pool that are the same temp as the pool. "
