Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. Not a hard fix, some dry wall above the door of the second room could keep the temperature in that room. Also, you could insulate the shutters with glass to keep the air in the rooms and mosquitoes out. While it’s not a bad place and about a 1k investment could solve...
