"Very lovely location and super laid-back! If you’re looking for a spot to just kick-back then this is the spot. Spacious beach without that over-crowdedness you would get elsewhere. A couple staff-members seemed grumpy but everyone else was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!"

I can’t say enough about the spa… it was absolutely divine! Drinks were delicious. Best vacation I’ve ever been on. We stayed at at Club Elegance which was the all adult side. "

"It’s a nice resort located outside the hotel zone. The staff are friendly, and the kids’ club is welcoming. The water park is a big plus. However, the spa is overpriced, and the photo studio is also quite expensive. "

"We have stayed at the wonderful property 16 times now. We have been to other all inclusive resorts in Mexico but always find our way back here. The staff is amazing and accommodating. The beach is nice but not the white sands of other places we have visited. They work hard to keep it clean and cleared of any seaweed. Pools can get crowded at times, so get down early to get the best seats! "
