「Incrível! A vista para a ilha e o lago é surreal! O quarto é amplo, bem decorado. Tem sistema de aquecimento, cama confortável, wi fi com boa conexão e o chuveiro, com água quente, tinha uma boa vazão de água. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com fartura e servido na sacada do quarto! Os profissionais eram acolhedores e super prestativos.」

「Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain 」

「Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. 」

「Quite a walk from town (and as of Mar 2026 the road is under construction), front desk not 24hrs, no restaurant or deli onsite. Very minimal staff but the one employee we saw was very friendly and helpful. The property will be very nice once repaired. Our room was missing a window covering, bathroom window taped shut, no soap. Good value for the price but would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The Llamas and cats were the highlight of our stay. 」

「Don't book this hostel. The staff in the hostel did not know anything about my booking. They told me they don't work with Expedia any more. They searched their system to help me but nothing came up. When I complained to Expedia, online, the assistant called me back and offered to search for rooms in other hostels/hotels but the damage to my schedule was already done. 」
