「The food was terrible. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the bar. The tenders looked like they had been baked and then burned in a pan instead of dropped in a fryer. They were stuck together and raw in places. The fries were baked as well. The grab and go fruit on the breakfast bar were rotten. Pool was nice, hotel was clean, staff was helpful and nice.」

「In my experience, last week was not a very pleasant one! I stayed for four days and three nights, and at no point did I see my room being cleaned. The interior of the room and the bathroom definitely need remodeling; I had expected something else, given how heavily the place is promoted, so for me, it was a total disappointment.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」
