The staff at Zomay is great. They are helpful, informative, and do everything in their power to make the guests comfortable. This is a simple beach front stay. There aren’t many amenities, but with the proximity to the beach and central downtown there is no need for the extras. Their food and drinks were some of the best I tried compared to other hotels in the same area. I really enjoyed my stay there and I will be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Zomay in Holbox, and one of the highlights was seeing how happy our dog, Bruno, was the entire time. Being truly pet-friendly made all the difference — Bruno felt just as welcomed as we did. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Zomay team for making us feel at home and for always taking such great care of us. Special thanks to Ricardo, who was always available, attentive, and ready to help; to Rodolfo, who made every experience at the restaurant and beach bar so enjoyable; and to Yoana at reception, whose warm welcome and kindness made our stay even more special. If you want your pup to feel comfortable, welcomed, and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches, bring them to Zomay Holbox. We can’t wait to come back — see you again soon!

Great location and property. The staff at this property is remarkable. Coco, Carmen and Daniela specifically took excellent care of us every day along with the kitchen staff, bar staff, maintenance and housekeeping. My only advice is to remove seaweed more often from the beach and be prepared to possibly not have hot water at times but this is México and these things happen. Other than that we had an excellent stay. Thank you Hotel Zomay.❤️
