Welcome to Casa Corazón, an artistic 592 sq ft loft showcasing a curated collection of ancestral art, eclectic furniture, and thoughtful space design. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the poolside. The loft includes a comfortable full-size Murphy bed, a sofa that converts into a bunk bed with two single beds, a dedicated workspace, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals.

Start your day with a cup of coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the pool. The shared common area features a serene pool surrounded by sun loungers and chairs, perfect for unwinding in this tranquil oasis.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Registered Guests & Pets
• Only guests and pets included in the reservation are permitted on the property
• Unregistered visitors or overnight guests require prior approval
• A $50 pet fee per pet applies and must be included in the reservation

Pets are welcome, however:
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Please clean up pet waste in all indoor and outdoor areas
• Additional cleaning due to pet hair, stains, or waste may incur a fee

🤫 Quiet Hours
• Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding community
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time

🪑 Furniture & Equipment
• If any indoor or outdoor furniture is moved (including patio furniture, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.), please return everything to its original location prior to departure

🚭 Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors
• Evidence of smoking indoors (including odor) will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee

🧺 Stains & Damages
We understand that accidents happen — that’s why we provide stain remover products for towels and linens.
If a spill occurs:
• Please treat it as soon as possible
• Notify us if additional assistance is needed
• Unreported or permanent stains may result in replacement fees

Any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues must be reported:
• During your stay, or
• Within 24 hours after check-out

🚪 Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher
• Dispose of garbage, recycling, and pet waste in proper bins
• Place used towels on the bathroom floor
• Turn off lights and heating/AC
• Close and lock all windows and doors
• Return moved furniture or outdoor items

Failure to follow check-out guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.

🗑️ Trash Collection
• Trash is picked up early Monday morning
• Take bins out Sunday night
• Separate garbage and recycling into labeled bins
• Avoid leaving loose trash outside (pickup may be skipped)
• Roll bins back to their original location after collection
