Quite location on the southern/eastern side of the island with an ocean view.

This property is still being developed with the building of additional villas within a gated area. The property management stayed on site and where a very nice young couple who were always available if needed. The property is on the southern/east side of the island which we prefer. The one thing I would say is that all mattresses were very firm. We enjoyed the property and would stay there again.

Beautiful place, some things not as expected

Our experience was wonderful and perfect for vacation, however, some things weren’t as we expected (which may have been partly our expectations). First, the host team was incredible; my card was stolen and replaced and they were unable to charge, so the host spent a lot of time on the phone with me to make sure k could get the rental paid for in time to check in. Once we arrived, the property maintenance people were there to help with anything we needed quickly via WhatsApp. The property wasn’t quite ready for us - one toilet had no water and one shower was messed up, but both things were fixed while we were out as soon as we let them know. The second/kids room has sliding glass doors, and when the lights are on in the room there’s no privacy because the curtains are sheer, so we had to clip up our blankets from our bed to have any privacy. The window in that room doesn’t fully shut, so the AC had a hard time keeping the room cold which was hard for us being used to a cool sleeping area. The beds are super firm and the pillows and very flat, so just be ready for that. The wading pool is so AWESOME, and everything else about the property was nice, secure, and easy to get around since we got a golf cart for the week. Great property and place for the price.

Great Stay!

New property with lots of space. Very clean and secure. Views were better than expected. So close to beach and quieter part of island. Rented a golf cart for $75 a day and was so easy to get around island. Definitely get a golf cart if you stay at this property. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was just me and my girlfriend but the place could fit a large family very comfortably.
