"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to enjoy throughout our stay. The beach access was excellent, and the beautiful turquoise waters tropical. This Hotel is very family-friendly and offers a wonderful atmosphere for guests of all ages. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation"

"This is our 4th time staying here and we never have any complaints. The rooms are small but perfect for two people. The AC always keeps up nice and cool all day and night. The hotel is located right in the middle of everywhere you want to go, perfect walking distance to the beach in every direction. The only negative thing is the lack of breakfast. I remember they used to offer free breakfast the very first time we stayed back in 2019, but after that they stopped offering it. That’s one thing I wish they brought back, it made our stay there much more enjoyable."

"Casa de los sueños es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para vacacionar, limpio, una vista espectacular, la atención excelente. El restaurante Kin ha que es parte de ellos también tienen una atención excelente excepto Julio uno de los managers del restaurante es despota y afirma que no le importan los clientes y que él no vive de ellos, lo siento por el dueño del lugar,tener un elemento así no es bueno para su negocio."

"Beautiful hotel that offers a true sense of relaxation, with a nice beach, great drinks, and fresh food. I encountered some unfriendly staff members, but most are friendly. The boat ride to the hotel takes about 20 minutes, and the hotel vessel was on time."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Beló for 5 days, 4 nights. The property is beautiful, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell the hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. We had to move rooms three different times because the air conditioning was not working properly. We also had problems with the toilet, and there were times when little to no water came out of the shower or sink. The rooms themselves were nice and clean, but the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable for us. Overall, the staff did their best to help, and the hotel has many positive qualities. However, addressing the air conditioning, plumbing, water pressure, and bed comfort issues would greatly improve the guest experience."
