Dallas the owner of the site was awesome, he was always available to talk. My wife had her ear drum burst while scuba diving and he was able to give us great information from when he was a pro diver. I planned to rent a boat from his fleet but was unable to due to my wife's issue. That being said they are great looking boats and they are available at a very fair price. When we go back to the keys, we will be staying here again.

Place was as described. Only thing i would recommend is a little more attention to detail during turnover cleaning as we found nail clippings and foot splatter on the wall. We loved the setting after our long days being able to be on the water, had manatees swim by us a couple times. Still recommend and would stay again!

There is a really great Mexican place to walk to and a great bagel place that also serves breakfast and lunch. The boats have air conditioning, 2 large beds, bathroom and living area with a couch, small kitchen and table. It was very relaxing. We will definitely go back. Also has a beautiful pool and games for kids. Definitely a 10!!

The rooms were sparsely stocked. No cups and blankets. It did not look like the pictures. It was dark. But clean! The shower broke around 8pm and maintenance came right away. Check-in lady was nice but made me feel like at warned child. Neat place! New experience!

The place was very clean and staff very nice. We got in very late and was only there that night,so other than sleeping I didn’t get much time for amenities, but everything on grounds was very clean and looked to be an amazing stay for longer stays. The set up of the houseboat was excellent for our family of four. Lots of room for each of us to have our own space. The back porch overlooking the harbour was calm and relaxing and perfect for watching the manatees. Staff were great, responded quickly to questions and friendly.

There were a few problems with the room when we arrived but the staff took care of it promptly. The stay was very relaxing. Manatees off the bow of the boat every day. It was our second trip here and hope to come back again.

Bad smell outside of either sulfur or sewer. Hard to sit outside with that smell. Toilet also smelled. By the last day the entire bathroom smelled. It was however fun to sit on deck by balcony and enjoy the water and sea creatures swimming around and the nice weather. Not many amenities but it was a decent experience for the most part because it was different. The boat next to us must have had guests because there were about 8 people over there and they were loud and with all of them walking back and forth on the dock our boat kept rocking that night. When we first arrived the bed in the loft had clearly been used with sheets so pillows ruffled around. Not super clean.
