Great accommodation and location. I feel the price was fair for where this is located and the vicinity to the beach. One improvement that could have been made was with communication regarding the host having routine servicing done on the A/C with less than 24 hours notice.

This cottage is charming! The location is excellent and the neighborhood very quiet. Easy access to everything! The unit was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. The 2 of us would stay here again; book the adjacent unit if you have a party larger than 2. The communication with the owner/manager was also terrific. Thank you for a memorable stay!
