Featuring four bedrooms, a small bunkroom and three baths, 3405 Cameron has every feature to provide your family with the perfect vacation. First, the outdoor pool is one of the best on the Isle of Palms. Featuring a baja shelf with built-in lounge chairs, the pool is designed to replicate the best part of relaxing at the ocean's edge. Surrounded by travertine tile, this amazing pool deck features a number of chairs and loungers. Adjacent to the pool is a putting green, gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, plus a complete outdoor kitchen that includes a grill, ice maker, sink, ice chest, and ample bar seating. A bonus feature is the private outdoor shower that features hot and cold water. 3405 Cameron has created the perfect backyard retreat!

With the same thought, care, and design, the backyard retreat extends into the interior of 3405 Cameron. Simply put, this home is the ideal house at the beach! First, the entrance is on the ground level with the main living level, which also features three bedrooms. This makes the house perfect for any family members who would prefer not to deal with steps, which is very unusual on the island. Next, every interior wall features white shiplap (white wood planks) with gorgeous wood flooring. Nautical-themed artwork is predominantly featured throughout the home. Even the cabinetry in the kitchen features boat cleat pull knobs. The first level features the dining area with seating for eight, plus three additional seats at the bar. Adjacent to the dining area is a wonderful kitchen featuring white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. A sitting room with an extensive library is the perfect place to reflect on the day, build a puzzle, or simply read one of the many outstanding novels on the bookshelves. A sleeper sofa (queen) is featured in the sitting room.

3405 Cameron features two master bedrooms. The first is located on the first level and is highlighted with a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, and a gorgeous private bath. The tile work in this bathroom is outstanding. The second master bedroom is located on the second level. It features a king bed, a cool ceiling with exposed beams that boasts four motorized skylights, and direct access to a huge screen porch. There is a bunkroom just off the upper-level master bedroom with a bunk bed perfect for kids. This room does not have a separate door and access to the room is through the master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first level, which share a bathroom. The first features a bunk bed, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. A folding chair in the bunk room turns into a single-bed pallet. The second has a beautiful queen bed.

Finally, the living area on the second floor is designed to be comfortable and fun! It features a large wrap-around sofa with extra seating and a large television. The sofa (queen), as well as the adjacent chair (single), are both sleepers that each feature an upgraded foam mattress to provide additional options for bedding. In addition, a ping pong table is set up, just off the living space. This area has direct access to a deck overlooking the backyard retreat, and a spacious screen porch that features a porch swing bed in addition to other deck furniture.

- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Wonderful property that was a very short walk to the beach. Outdoor space was perfect that included ample seating, outdoor kitchen, pool, fire pit 5th bedroom/extra living space is in the large closet upstairs with bunkbeds which worked just fine for our party. I wish I had heated the pool as we were not sure how cold the pool would be this time of the year and it was quite chilly. We visit Charleston a few times a year and have already discussed how we would like to come back to this property!

The check in process was very easy, house was ready right on time, was VERY clean & updated. The layout is ideal for 2-3 families traveling with bedrooms on main level and 2nd floor. Great porches on front and back of 2nd floor. While no beach views, fantastic backyard with great pool (fun lights & tanning ledge), fire pit area, and putting green. The outdoor shower was very convenient. There are paved parking spots for 3 cars (2 in driveway and 1 in front paved spot). They had multiple exterior trash cans available for use and the property team came during our week and took them back and forth to the road. Downstairs - kitchen, great sitting room, master suite, bunk bed room, additional guest room (shared bathroom that was similar to jack and Jill style with bunk bed room). Upstairs - living room with ample seating/tv/ping pong table, guest room with bunk bed room and bathroom. (Worked well for 2nd family with kiddos to have the second floor space) House provided clean sheets, lots of towels, and initial paper supplies. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and outdoor kitchen was easy to use (including outdoor ice chest). We also used our credits to rent surf boards for the week and that was incredibly easy to rent and pick up and drop off took zero effort from us! We rented a golf cart as well for the week, but ended up walking to the beach each day because it was SO close (perfect location) vs. trying to find parking for the GC.

Outside furniture on all 3 areas is old/ stained and in need of replacement. No family space on 1st floor. Bedrooms smelled like wet dogs. No closet in main and queen room. Bunkbeds are in a closet attached to gueen room. Washer is covered with mold.

We had a fantastic stay during our mid October trip. The pool was a too cold, so we called the property manager who for additional fee turn the heater on. Awesome to have that option available. About the easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Typically when you stay at these beach condos everything looks well worn and has seen high traffic. This was not the case, everything was tidy, clean and looked practically new.

Loved this house. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful house with great amenities. Loved the fire pit. The furnishings are great. Kitchen is appointed perfectly. Had all the crockery for cooking meals. Great games and movies too. WiFi is spotty and dropped a lot. But great, great experience. Highly recommend it. And would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as pictured. Pool area was great. Management company was super responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. Others mentioned the 5th bedroom is not an actual bedroom so we knew this. It was perfect for our 6 year old but would no be for older kids or adults.

The outdoor cushions were moldy and the fire pit area had a lot of weeds. That being said ....the rental agency did respond quickly and had the outside cushioned cleaned the next day. We would seriously consider renting this house again next summer.

3405 Cameron is a good location with a great outdoor space. I think if we had had one extra adult or different aged kids, it might have felt tight. There is not a lot of storage, drawers or closets or pantry space so plan accordingly. The bunk room upstairs is a former closet, so our kids aged 5 and 2 were just right for the space. We had some trouble navigating the sonos and tv, so I hope they will leave more detailed instructions on those things. Other than that, I would bring extra trash bags. Good time had by all.

We were here for a week with our grown children and their families. The house was perfect for us, just enough room to entertain inside and outside. The pool was awesome and the highlight of our stay, as was the large roomy outdoor furniture and large umbrella. We would have the whole family out there all day! We will be back again.

I still don’t understand how you can advertise this property as a 5 bedroom house -there are bunk beds in an actual closet-I don’t call that a bedroom. My 27 year old son had to sleep on the sofa-closet bunks gave him clostraphobia Also there was no closet in the master bedroom-nowhere to hang anything! The kitchen was very sparsely stocked. But did enjoy the pool, new updated feel of the house and the decor.

We had such a blast at Cameron Street and mostly that was due to the incredible outdoor space. Also, the upstairs is great for recreation when it was rainy or too hot to be outside in the middle of the day. Being so close to the beach was also a plus. The kitchen was stocked really nicely with the appropriate pots and pans and everything worked well. Our biggest complaint is that the rooms are quite misleading. The bunk bed room is LITERALLY a closet and cannot even fit an open suitcase. So really, I don't think they should be able to count it as a bedroom for adults. We had five couples and it was a shocker to figure out where to put everyone once we realized the bunk beds were literally a closet. One of the couples ended up staying on the pullout near the master which was fine but not a lot of privacy and it was a waste of two beds. Just something to consider if you're booking for mostly adult couples.
