This property was absolutely spectacular - exceeding ALL expectations! It was beautifully appointed, well-equipped, and extremely organized. This is a magnificent property! It has everything you need. A first rate kitchen, so many wonderful areas to relax, super comfortable beds and so close to the beach! We liked the property so much we’re going to rent it again next year!

This property was nothing but perfect! It was an amazing house with a perfect location. The house was so clean, nice, and had everything we needed. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach, use the pool, and have a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely amazing

We have stayed at many rentals over the years. This was hands down the best. The location was great with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was massive with every utensil you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable and all the bathrooms were elegant. Such a wonderful experience

This house is exceptional!! Pictures don’t even do this home justice. It has plenty of space and bathrooms for multiple guests/couples. And the views off the top balcony are beautiful! Fantastic home and location

When we booked this trip the reviews were outstanding and they made us curious why. Well, they are spot on. Beautiful home, well stocked with all you need, easy access to the beach, great restaurants nearby both on IOP and Sullivan island, etc. Best short term rental went ever stayed at Also Bill the owner was very communicative and helpful.

We had a great week staying at this property. The house is exceptionally clean, comfortable and everything well organized. I rarely offer reviews, but this home is outstanding. Every room in the house is beautifully appointed - top to bottom.The kitchen (cabinets, drawers, stove top, refrigerator) is sparkling clean. Amazing venue for a birthday celebration

My brother and I rented this home to celebrate our dad‘s 80th birthday. I think this is the first time that his family, my family, and my parents have all been under the same roof.Was an amazing stay. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen. Beautiful porches. Ample parking.And the best part is the location. Right next to a path to the beach with beautiful sunset views. Couldn’t have been better.

Blissful stay in Isle of Palms!

Our family of 10, with ages ranging from 19 to 85, thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this gorgeous home. Everything we needed (and more!) was readily available to make our stay the most comfortable and relaxing. We used the pool often, enjoyed the upper deck for watching sunrises, and appreciated the access to umbrellas and chairs for time on the beach, which was right across the street. Bill was attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly, highly recommend this house for a glorious stay :)

Great IOP Beach house

We have rented this house from Bill for there years. It is The nicest house we have reserved in the 15 summers we have traveled to IOP. We were especially lucky this year. We were able to survive hurricane Debbie because we had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for games and family dance parties. My children and grandchildren loved staying there. I highly recommend his house.

Southern Getaway

We traveled to IOP having never been there with 7 adults and 7 children. The house and pool were perfect for our children. The house is such a luxurious space and with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, we never felt crowded. Bill Saint was in communication with us from the very beginning and helped us out immediately with any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property!
