The rooms within this condo are all on one level -- there are no stairs within the unit after you take the community elevator (or public stairwell) to the second floor and walk into the front door. Ocean Therapy is located within Building D of the Shipwatch residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Guests enter Ocean Therapy by taking the Shipwatch building D elevator (or the community staircase) to the 2nd floor and entering the front door of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, which leads to the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Both of the home's bedrooms and bathrooms are located off of the kitchen and entryway areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the ocean and sand dunes from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the master bedroom. You may access the private balcony from either the living room or master bedroom. There is a washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.

COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES. It will only close for occasional weather issues, periodic maintenance or state closure requirements.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be at least 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not expect this to significantly impact Wild Dunes.
