「Good 」

「Great property. It is a remote location that is a bit of a drive to get to. It would be great (imho) for stays consisting of at least several days or longer. One suggestion for the property is to add a mirror over the bathroom sink. The mirror on the opposite wall isn’t as practical. Beautiful views and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!」

「This was a beautifully appointed room complete with all the things we needed especially some very yummy coffee! Our hosts were extremely helpful, especially when the storm came and they were concerned we would be in danger if we went out! Very comfy, cozy, and beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended!」

「Hosts were very communicative and gave great advice. Very personal touches with the cabin, sweet treats upon check in, great recommendations for local sight seeing. Private little cabin close to Staffin, the Quirang, and Old Man of Storr. Great location if you're not looking for immediate access to pubs/nightlife. Cute local cat who will come by for attention. Quiet. Private. Clean. Cozy. Definite recommendation.」

「A great spot to spend a couple of nights and explore Skye from. Would definitely recommend.」

「The Coachman's Quarters was a lovely homebase for our Isle of Skye adventures. My husband, my parents, and our mini-dachshund, Pip, all felt at home.」

「I wish we stayed longer. It was exactly what we were looking for our trip to Skye. Great hosts and lovely views. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay longer next time. 2 nights simply was not enough.」

「Property beautifully presented, high level of cleanliness, nearly everything equipped just missing a couple of kitchen items, like small plates and heat protector stands. Price was expensive due to our original 2 week holiday which was booked 6 months in advance being cancelled 2 weeks prior to holiday date, which lead to booking this property as only property available on the Isle of Skye which made it expensive for a week!!」

「From the moment we approached the driveway I was taken aback. There’s a large pile of old tires at the bottom of the drive. The drive is several hundred feet long and very rutted and muddy. It badly needs to be regraveled, as does the parking area. The picture of the house on the listing is many years old, and it needs paint badly now. I know it’s a wet environment, but it’s not well maintained. Inside is not real clean. There’s a lot of mold, and a lot of basic repairs need to be done....

「Just Be Prepared. The place will grow on you if you stay for more than one day. There are ZERO instructions. You get a lock box code and a message that says which door the day you arrive. Host is slow to respond to messages. There are 3 towels. We washed our own daily to be sure we had some. There are no instructions for the washer or dryer. You will need to google them, because the dryer requires you to empty the lint filter AND a water filter to work and that was new for us. There is no...

「This place was absolutely wonderful! We loved being only 10 minutes away from town, and the amazing view out of the living room windows. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and the place was just what we needed for our trip.」
