「Great place, nearby beach」

「*** AVOID THIS PLACE!! *** Booked this place as it is located close to the airport and offered transfer. As stipulated, I contacted the hotel to pre-book the the transfer and gave details of our time and flight no. I asked the hotel to confirm the transfer service. The hotel did not reply. I send several messages, I send e-mails and I called. No reply whatsoever. This place is a fraud!!! I contacted hotels.com to help me out but they did not either manage to reach the hotel. 「The room is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious in stylish & cozy design. The pillows & bed are comfy like home! The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! He gave us all good advices on fantastic tourist attractions and restaurants. The location of this place is also convenient, for both driving or not driving there as there is a 24hr security Carpark nearby...
